François Grimoin

With a master’s degree in digital photography, François Grimoin develops a multidisciplinary practice spanning photography, cinema, augmented reality and sculpture. Moving beyond the two-dimensional image, he explores lenticular photography, whose perception changes as the viewer moves, then extends this exploration of movement into short films.

In his three-dimensional projects, the automobile becomes a field of experimentation. Reinterpreted vehicles, fragmented bodywork, mechanical objects and symbols of luxury are staged in inclusions, suspended forms or light installations. His work shifts our perspective on familiar objects through technical ingenuity, movement and imagination.
